About Alternative Health Improvement Center
 Alternative Health Improvement Center is a natural health care practice in Marietta, Georgia established in 1994, specializing in the drug-free correction of stubborn health problems. We help patients regain their health and quality of life when nothing else has worked.
In the past 13 years we have treated over 3,000 chronically ill patients coming to us with almost every imaginable health condition. We help the body to heal itself instead of using invasive techniques and obtain phenomenal results in almost all of our cases.
Our most common patients suffer from chronic fatigue, chronic immune dysfunction, chronic pain, weight problems (under or overweight), and hormonal dysfunction of all kinds. We also see many children, often handling food and environmental allergies, behavior and learning problems and problems with infants.
We program all patient cases for the types of treatment that most closely align with assisting their body to regain its healing abilities. Patients do a program of treatments, diet improvement and supplementation over a period of time until they have achieved their health improvement goals. We establish a lasting relationship with our patients as they are working through their health issues. Our goal is to move the patient as rapidly as possible off an active treatment program and onto a maintenance program (patients often see us for a quick check every few months on maintenance).
- Practitioners are trained and coached to successfully handle almost any type of chronic issue resulting from the body’s failure to heal itself. Many of these problems are severe and result in extremely deteriorated quality of life for the patient. The satisfaction from helping this type of case is tremendous.
- The entire clinic is built and operated around the purpose and goal of helping patients recover. Patients pay for their own care; insurance, HMO’s and government programs have no control over us and are not factors in a patient’s care. Every action taken by every staff member in the clinic is towards helping patients get well, there is no time spent checking coverage, collecting or complying with bureaucracy.
- We are very, very organized. We use custom-written software and detailed procedures. All practitioners have full-time assistants to help them with patients, testing and documentation. As a practitioner, you are allowed to concentrate on getting results with your patients and helping to educate the public on the truth about health and health care.
- Practitioners have personal assistance and training/mentoring from Dr. Billiot, one of the most respected, successful and skilled holistic practitioners in the country. Dr. Billiot is always available to consult and help with any issue or problem regarding a patient’s case.

Our clinic, Alternative Health Improvement Center established in Marietta since 1994, has treated over 4000 patients with every imaginable health condition. We are a “destination clinic” and see patients from all over the US and many other countries.
Our patients come to us with debilitating fatigue, severe digestive problems, food and environmental allergies, infertility, severe but unexplained weight gain and loss, female problems of every kind and often an inability to concentrate or remember. We see many problems with children: behavior, learning disabilities, chronic and recurring illnesses. Our patients often suffer from pain of every kind, arthritis, headaches and migraines, angina, muscle cramps, back and neck pain. We see patients with thyroid problems, high blood pressure, insomnia, severe mood swings, depression, anxiety and panic attacks.
While we're helping our patients to recover, we educate them on how to take over the job of improving and maintaining their own health so that they can be in control instead of relying on the pharmacy and
medical doctor.
We train all our practitioners in the treatment techniques we use. You will study our treatment technology, patient management and education systems, but you will also be mentored by Dr. Melodie Billiot, a nationally recognized holistic practitioner, who will work with you until you have truly mastered the science and art of holistic healing.
