Wednesday Evening, December 3rd at 6:30 PM.

Our next workshop will be given on Wednesday evening and will run about 60 - 75 minutes. There will be time after the workshop for questions or to discuss your personal concerns.

We welcome your friends or family members you would like to bring as guests. Please enter any guest's name in the registration form so we can reserve the right number of seats. If you decide to bring a guest after you've registered, simply give us a call to let us know prior to the workshop.

There are a limited number of seats available for each workshop so please register as early as possible. Once you register online we will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm your seat reservation and make sure you know how to get to the clinic. We will also send you some information about the workshop either by e-mail or postal service.
